摘  要:连轧机直齿锥齿轮机构由于制造与安装误差、磨损以及过约束等对传动系统的精度与动态特性(特别是振动与噪声)具有直接影响.分析因传动精度引起的Y型三辊连轧机在实际应用中发生的轧件堆料与拉断问题,对连轧机存在的振动和过约束以及无过约束机构的设计方法进行研究;运用ADAMS软件分析连轧机直齿锥齿轮机构运动以及动力学性能.结果表明,直齿锥齿轮的传动误差使得从动齿轮一转内实际转角与理论转角有差值,导致了轧件堆料或拉断;采用降低运动副级别的自调机构后,轧机直齿锥齿轮机构的垂直、水平振动得到了有效控制.There were direct influence on drive system, which came from transmission precision and dynamic (especially, vibration and noise) in continuous mill spur bevel gear transmission mechanism on the basis of error of engineering, fixing, wearing and over constraints. The problem, such as continuous mill of Y type's block up or cut off rolling string based on transmission precision and was studied in the paper. Vibration and over constraints, as well as the design methods without constraints mechanism, was studied in detailed. By using ADAMS, simulating and analyzing of the self-adjusting structure was accomplished. The results show spur bevel gear transmission error brings about blocking up or cutting off rolling string. By using the self-adjusting structure, the vertical and horizontal vibration was controlled effectively.
