摘  要:①目的探讨阿霉素诱导S-180瘤细胞凋亡过程中细胞核型的变化。②方法用低剂量(3.25μg)阿霉素处理经S-180瘤细胞腹腔接种的BALA/C鼠,0~72h分别取腹水进行细胞核型检测。③结果用阿霉素处理24h时,细胞变圆,胞浆浓缩;48h时,染色质密集度增高;72h时,核仁裂解,核膜内陷,形成内涵物不外溢的凋亡小体。④结论阿霉素是良好的细胞凋亡诱导剂,凋亡期间细胞外形及染色质凝聚逐渐改变,直至形成凋亡小体。Objective To observe the change of nucleus pattern of adriamycin induced apoptosis in parental S 180 cells. Methods Low dosage of adriamycin(3.25ug) was injected into the abdominal cavity of BALA/L mice which were previously inoculated with parental S 180 cells .Nucleus patterns of parental S 180 cells were analysed 0 ̄72 h after injection of adriamycin. Results The changes of parental S 180 cells were progressive after 24, 48h and 72h of adriamycin injection. Cells turned round, cytoplasm condensed, chromatin density increased, nucleoi splitted, membrane infolded and apoptosis bodies formed. Conclusion Adriamycin is a good apoptosis inducer for S 180 cell line. The process towards apoptosis was gradual until the apoptosis bodyformed.
