4种隐形眼镜消毒保存液性能的比较

摘　　要：经比较，含过氧化氢的Ａ液杀灭９９．９％大肠杆菌与金黄色葡萄球菌需作用１０分钟，主要成分为氯己定的Ｂ液、Ｃ液与Ｄ液则分别需作用３０、６０与３００分钟。４种消毒保存液对家兔眼均属无刺激性。By comparison, Solution A containing hydrogen peroxide took 10 min for killing 99.9% of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, while Solution B, Solution C and Solution D containing chlorhexidine as the main component took 30, 60 and 300 min respectively. Solution B and Solution D were influenced considerably by organic matter and had low stability. All these 4 disinfectant preservatives are not irritative to rabbit eye.
