试论高校国有资产管理存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：对当前高校资产清查发现的诸多问题,进行了深入浅出的分析和探讨。针对高校国有资产管理的现状,本着加强和完善高校国有资产管理,促进国有资产合理配置和有效使用,保障国有资产的保值和增值,提高国有资产使用中的经济效益和社会效益的主导思想,从高校国有资产管理的思想观念、管理机构、管理制度、资产清查等方面提出了解决问题的相应对策,旨在使高校国有资产管理工作逐步走上系统化、规范化、科学化的轨道。This paper makes a profound analysis and exploration in simple terms, based on the various problems in assert chevkup in universities and colleges. Pinpointing at the management status of state - owned assert, in order to strengthen and perfect the management, to improve the rational distribution and efficient utilization, to maintain and increase its value, and to loft the economic returns and social effect, the author proposes a series of countermeasures respectively from such aspeets as ideology, management institution, management regulation, assert checkup, moving the management of state - owned assert toward systematic, staandardized, and scientific orientation.
