依达拉奉对急性脑梗死患者血浆Ox-LDL、S-100B的影响及疗效观察

摘  要:【目的】探讨依达拉奉对急性脑梗死患者血浆氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白(oxidatively modified low density lipoprotein,Ox-LDL)、S-100B蛋白的影响及临床疗效。【方法】70例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组,常规治疗相同,其中治疗组给予依达拉奉30mg静滴,2次/d,7d为1个疗程,对照组以丹参注射液、胞二磷胆碱静滴,1次/d,7d为1个疗程。分别在发病后d1、d3、d7、d14测定血浆Ox-LDL、S-100B变化;入院前和治疗1个月后行中国卒中量表(Chinese stroke scale,CSS)及巴氏指数(Barthel index,BI)评定。【结果】两组患者d1Ox-LDL最高,经治疗后两组患者Ox-LDL逐渐下降,治疗组在d3、d7的Ox-LDL、S-100B明显低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),两周后Ox-LDL下降到相同的水平(P>0.05)。两组患者S-100B在d3达到峰值,其后逐渐降低;治疗组d3的S-100B水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),两周后S-100B下降到相同的水平(P>0.05)。治疗1个月后两组CSS及BI评分指数较治疗前均明显增加,治疗组评分高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。【结论】依达拉奉可降低急性脑梗死患者Ox-LDL、S-100B水平,有益于患者神经功能的恢复。[Objective]To investigate the effects of edaravone on the levels of oxidatively modified low den- sity lipoprotein(Ox-LDL) and S-100B in patients with acute ischemic cerebral infarction and its therapeutic observation. [Methods]A total of 70 patients of acute ischemic cerebral infarction were randomly divided and assigned into therapy group and control group. The control group was given a routine treatment of acute ischemic stroke. The therapy group was treated with edaravone in addition to the routine treatment. Ox-LDL and S100B were measured at 1st day, 3rd day, 7th day and 14th day. Barthel index(BI) and Chinese stroke Scale (CSS) of two groups were assessed at different time points before treatment and after 1 month treatment. [Results] The levels of Ox-LDL and S-100B were deceased gradually after the start of treatment. On 3 days and 7 days after the start of edaravone, the level of Ox-LDL of therapy group was lower significantly than that of control group. At 3rd day, the level of S-100B of therapy group was decreased significantly ( P 〈0.05 or P〈0.01). The scores of CSS and BI of two groups improved after 1-month treatment, and scores of CSS and BI of the therapy group were better than those of the control group ( P d0.05 or P d0.01). [Conclusion] Edaravone can decrease the levels of Ox-LDL and S-100B and is beneficial to improve neurofunctional recovery.
