摘  要:[目的]研究槐豆中天然芦丁的提取工艺。[方法]以豫西山区的槐豆为原料,研究热水提冷析出法提取芦丁的最佳工艺条件,并对产品进行质量鉴定。[结果]槐豆中天然芦丁的最佳提取工艺条件为:在粉碎槐豆中加入8倍量的水,浸提30 min,抽滤,再加入5倍量的水,浸提20 min,抽滤,滤液静置10 h,析出沉淀,过滤,干燥得到粗芦丁,将粗芦丁用甲醇进一步浸提得到纯度高达48.0%的精制芦丁。该工艺提取率达18.0%,高于传统的碱提酸沉法2倍。经验证提取的芦丁的性质、结构与标准品芦丁一致,符合质量要求。[结论]从槐豆中提取的芦丁产品有广阔的市场前景。[ Objective ] The purpose was to study the extraction technology of natural turin from locust bean. [ Method] With locust bean from the motm- tainous area in western Henan as raw material, the optimum technologieal condition of extracting rutin by hot water extraction and cold precipitation was studied and the quality of products was identified.. [Result] The optimum technological condition of extracting natural turin from locust bean was adding water at 8 times of material into crashed locust bean, extraction for 30 min, pumping filtration, and then adding water at 5 times of material again, extraction for 20 rain, pumping filtration, setting filtrate stationary for 10 h, precipitaing sediment, filtration, and then the crude rutin was obtained after drying. The refined rutin with purity up to 48.0% was obtained through fttrther extraction of crude rutin by methanol. The extraction rate of the technology was up to 18.0% and 2 times higher than the traditional extraction by acid and precipitation by alkali. The verification showed that the property and structure of the extracted rutin accorded with standard rutin, satisfying quality requirement. [ Conclusion] The rutin products extracted from locust bean had broad market prospect.
