摘  要:[目的]探讨光合细菌的养猪效果。[方法]以饲喂基础饲料组为对照组,以分别在基础饲料中添加10%、20%、30%的液态光合细菌为试验组,考察不同处理对猪增重及猪肉品质的影响。[结果]仔猪增重按对照组、10%液态光合细菌添加组、20%液态光合细菌添加组和30%液态光合细菌添加组的顺序递增,试验组与对照组间差异均达0.01显著水平,但试验组间差异不显著。试验组猪肉中的蛋白质含量比对照组提高6.12%,脂肪和胆固醇含量分别比对照组下降73.32%和81.92%。[结论]在猪日粮中添加光合细菌可以显著提高猪增重,改善猪肉品质。[Objective] The aim of this study was to reveal the results of feeding pigs with photosynthetic bacteria.[Method] The basic diet with 10%,20% and 30% of liquid photosynthetic bacteria as test groups and the basic diet as CK group were designed to investigate the effects of different treatments(diets)on weight gain of pig and pork quality.[Result] Weight gain of piglets fed with various diets are various,the weight-gaining abilities for the tested piglets are in turn: CK diet〈diet with 10% liquid photosynthetic bacteria 〈 diet with 20% liquid photosynthetic bacteria 〈 diet with 30% liquid photosynthetic bacteria. Extremely significant differences were observed between test groups and CK group in comparison, never detected among test groups. Protein content of pork in test group increased 6.12% compared with CK group, while the contents of fat and cholesterol decreased 73.32% and 81.92%, respectively. [ Conclusion] Addition of photosynthetic bacteria into pig diet could significantly increase weight of piglet and improve pork quarity.
