摘　　要：介绍了海门市供电公司技术人员在电力信息网发生网络故障后,根据故障现象逐一分析排查,最终确定故障源并恢复网络运行的过程。文章提出,负责电力信息网运行维护的技术人员必须熟悉网络结构和业务系统,才能够快速、准确地确定网络故障源,从而及时恢复网络的正常运行。This paper introduces the fault detection process in Haimen Power Supply Company when faults occurred in its power information network. It points out that in daily maintenance, only the technicians familiar with the network configuration and its service can they locate the faults accurately so as to restore the network operation in time.
