摘  要:介绍了利用椭圆偏振测量仪原理测试生物芯片的检测方法.其最大优点在于测量过程不破坏被测体系,样品需要量少,操作简单,而且灵敏度高,可反映接近原子尺寸的变化,又能原位、实时跟踪检测表面膜的变化情况.椭圆偏振术在生物医学领域有着广泛的应用.In this paper, we study the detecting methods for testing the biochip by using the theory of ellipsometer. Our methods have several main advantages as follows. Firstly, it shall not destroy the tested system in the process of testing and need less samples. Secondly, the manipulation of our method is simple with high sensitivity in such a way that, it can reflect the variations in the atom level and monitor the changes of surface film simultane- ously. Accordingly, it has widely applications in biomedicine of ellipsometric.
