摘　　要：采用大剂量冲击与逐步增加剂量相结合,通过210d建立了人肺腺癌多药耐药细胞系A549/TaxR.MTT法测定A549/TaxR的药物敏感性,对紫杉醇的耐药指数是24.79,对丝裂霉素C、5-氟尿嘧啶、长春新碱、表阿霉素、足叶乙甙、顺铂及卡铂等药物有不同程度的耐药性,但对卡氮芥和吉西他滨无耐药性.本研究建立了稳定的人肺腺癌细胞系(A549/TaxR),可用于下游的实验研究.The human lung adenocarecinoma cell line A549 was exposed to Tax of a high concentration and then an increasing concentration for 210 d to establish multidrug resistance cell line （A549/TaxR）. The relative resistance was tested by MTT assay. The resistance index of A549/TaxR cells to Tax was 24.79 and the ceils showed various cross-resistances to 5-FU, VCR, EPI, VP-16, CDDP, and CARP, but not to BCNU and GEM. A muhidrug resistance cell line （A549/TaxR） from human adenocarecinoma was established. It could be used to downstream experiment.
