高压氧治疗前部缺血性视神经病变的临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察分析高压氧治疗前部缺血性神经病变的临床效果。方法选择31例前部缺血性视神经病变患者随机分组,对照组16例(17眼)接受常规药物治疗,治疗组15例(15眼)在接受药物治疗的同时配合高压氧治疗。随访观察6个月,以视力、视野、眼底改变为疗效判断指标,对比疗效。结果6个月后随访治疗组总有效率86%;对照组总有效率为56%,两组比较(2χ=4.79,P<0.05)统计学上有显著意义。结论配合高压氧治疗前部缺血性视神经病变能提高疗效、缩短病程。Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen on treatment of anterior ischemic optic neuropathy （AION） . Methods The 31 patients （32 eyes） were assigned into 2 groups randomly： 15 pateints in treatment group and 16 patients in control group. Drug therapy combined hyperbaric oxygen therapy were performed to the patients of treatment group, and the same drug therapy performed in the control group only. Visual acuity, visual field and fundus condition were examined to evaluate the effects of the therapy. Results The difference of effective rate between treatment group （83.33%） and control group （53.57%） was significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion The combined therapy of hyperbaric oxygen can improve the curative effect of AION.
