摘 要:以装甲车辆动力装置部件为研究对象,提出了预测其温度的网络化方法,给出了传热网络模型,说明了总体计算流程。结合润滑油、冷却液、动力舱冷却空气流动及其它必要边界条件,对某型装甲车辆动力装置部件温度进行了预测,给出了预测值与实验值的对比,得到了动力装置部件温度的分布,预测了高温部位温度随发动机转速和环境温度的变化,结果表明该方法方便有效,有较好的实用意义。The network method used to predict the temperature of armored vehicle power device was developed, the network model and the whole calculation flow chart were presented. Using the boundary of lubricant flow, liquid coolant flow, air coolant flow and other necessaries, the comparison between predicted and tested parameters was carried out, the temperature distribution of power device was presented, the temperature change of high temperature positions with the engine rotation speed and environmental temperature was displayed. All the results show that this method is convenient and effective and has thus more practical meanings.
