摘　　要：军队院校由于学校性质和学生群体的特殊性,奖学金的设置、评定与地方院校有所区别。文章简述军队院校奖学金的设置及评定方法,分析奖学金在军校学员中发挥的积极作用,提出应不断完善指标体系、科学设定定性与定量评价,避免奖励的结构性失衡、更好地体现出奖"优"效果,进一步拓展奖励的激励功能,从而引导学员全面发展的思考。The establishment and application assessment of scholarships in military institutes are different from those of their civil counterparts due to the particularities of military institutes and students. This paper introduces the establishment and application assessment of scholarship in military institutes and analyzes the positive role of scholarship in military students. The authors put forward that the assessment system should be completed continuously, so as to set up a scientific qualitative and quantitative assessment method, avoid structural imbalance in scholarship assessment, so as to better praise the ＂excellent＂, further promote the encouraging and rewarding effect of scholarship, and to guide the cultivation of students in an all around way.
