七年制医学生药理学PBL双语教学探索与实践

摘　　要：目的:探讨PBL双语教学在七年制医学生药理学教学中的应用效果。方法:在2004级七年制本硕连读临床医学系药理学教学中,将237名学生随机分成PBL教学组(65人)和LBL教学组(172人)进行教学。结果:两个教学组在考试总成绩和PBL试题上得分虽未见明显差异(P>0.05),但是调查问卷显示PBL双语教学对于提高学生的自学能力,提高学生发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力,增强团队意识和协作精神有很大作用。结论:PBL双语教学是适合创新人才培养的较好教学模式之一。Objective： To evaluate the effects of PBL bilingual teaching method in pharmacological teaching. Methods： 7-year program students of 2004-grade were divided into two groups at random： PBL group and LBL group. Results： There is no significant difference in total examinational score and PBL-part examinational score. However, the questionnaire shows that compared with LBL, PBL bilingual teaching has better effects on improving the abilities of collecting and analyzing data, solving problem, communication, etc. Conclusions： PBL is one of the good modes in the cultivation of talents.
