摘　　要：当前,公交优先已从一个口号逐渐演变和上升为国家的战略方针和任务。而公交优先发展策略的制定必须符合城市的发展理念和交通发展战略,因此有必要对影响城市公交优先发展策略的宏观因素进行分析,使其不偏离正确的方向,这也是推进城市公交优先的关键所在。At present, Bus Priority has been elevated from a slogan to the country＇s strategic objective and task. The bus priority development strategy must be consistent with the formulation of the strategy for urban development con-cept and traffic development strategy. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the macro-factors influencing the urban bus priority development strategy. The strategy should stick to the right direction, which is critical to push forward the policy of bus priority.
