摘　　要：在对集装箱多式联运网络进行具体描述的基础上,从实现广义运输总费用最小化的原则出发,建立了一种集装箱多式联运组织优化模型,并运用模拟退火遗传算法从理论上探讨该模型的求解,并列举了一个可提供6个中转地和3种运输方式的算例进行分析说明,确定合理的最佳运输路线和最佳运输方式选择的联运方案,使广义运输总费用最小。Firstly, the paper described the network of container multimodal transportation and built an organizing optimization model for it based on the minimum overall expenses in broad sense transportation. Then, it explored the evolutionary algorithm （EA） by simulated annealing and genetic algorithm. Finally, this method was used to settle a numeral example which was composed of six transferring sites and three transport modes to acquire the minimum overall expenses in broad sense transportation based on rational optimal transportation line and multimodal transportation scheme.
