摘  要:通过对沥青混合料集料级配计算、设计、调整和沥青混合料高温性能评价指标的研究,提出了变i法及其公式,给出了满足AC-16、SMA-16和Sup-12.5级配的i值范围;将0.075 mm筛孔作为最小控制筛孔,提出了FAP指标,以此检验0.075 mm筛孔的通过率,完善了贝雷法对设计级配关键筛孔通过率的检验,给出了满足SMA-16型级配的CA比和FA比检验的合理指标范围,为SMA的设计和检验提供了理论依据;综合考虑行车速率、累积变形量和最大永久变形量等因素对沥青混合料高温性能影响,提出的动抗压强度(DCS)指标能较好体现工程实际中车辙的形成规律,有效提高了对沥青混合料高温性能评价的区分率。Based on studying the calculation, design, and adjustment of aggregate gradation and the high temperature stability index of asphalt mixture in mix design, the varying i method and calculating formula were put forward, and the ranges of i satisfying AC-16, SMA-16 and Sup-12.5 were also presented. The sieve of 0. 075mm was considered as the minimal control sieve. The new index of FAP was presented to evaluate the percentage passing of the sieve of 0. 075mm, which perfected the evaluation to the percentage passing of the critical sieves in design gradation by Bailey method. At the same time, the rational indexes ranges for CA ratio and FA ratio were enumerated, which were fit for the aggregate grading in SMA-16. They provided the theoretical background for design and evaluation in SMA. Dynamic compression strength (DCS), a new index for evaluating the whole term high temperature stability, was presented in this paper. When the influence factors of velocity, cumulate deformation, and maximal permanent deformation were considered, the was in accordance with the rut formation regular in project, and had an effectual distinction for evaluating the high temperature stability of asphalt mixture.
