摘　　要：介绍钢丝电镀铜和锌的工艺流程,分析钢丝电镀生产线传统控制系统中存在的问题,根据工艺流程和要求,设计出基于PROFIBUS-DP总线系统的PLC分布式控制系统,并用九点控制器对系统中温度进行控制,避免了原有的分散模拟系统存在的缺点,提高了电镀系统的自动化程度,稳定了产品质量。To introduce the process flow of electro coppering and electro galvanizing. The problems existing in convention control system of electro-plating production line for steel wire are analyzed, The PLC distribution type control system based on PROFIBUS-DP bus-mastering system is designed according to process flow and demand, and using the nine point controller to control the temperature of system, which avoids the defects existing in original disperse simulation system, improves the automation degree of electro-plating system, makes products quality stable.
