摘　　要：目的:探讨大段同种异体骨移植研究中实验动物的围手术期处理方法。方法:术前依据动物的全身状态和生活习性特点选择健康动物,并测定基础体温作为术后对照基点。术中密切监测生命体征,预防和治疗休克。术后予以全面而合理的营养,依据体温变化给予相应处理。结果:所有实验动物均平稳耐受了骨移植手术,术后平均生存期大于3个月,手术部位骨组织和切口均愈合良好,达到了实验设计要求。结论:系统总结实验动物的病理生理变化规律,制定相匹配的围手术期处理措施,是保证创伤性动物实验成功的重要因素。Objective To investigate perioperative management of large bone allograft procedure concerning experimental animals.Methods From Jan to Oct in 2006,large bone allografts experiments with Japanese white rabbits were performed in our hospital.Prior to surgery,healthy animals were chose according to their general condition and habit.Basal body temperature was measured to be postoperative control base point.Intraoperatively,closely monitoring vital signs,prevention and treatment of shock was done.Postoperatively,experimental rabbits were fed with comprehensive nutrition and processed correspondingly.Results All experimental rabbits had a well tolerability to large bone allografts surgery with the average life span of three months.Wound healing and grafts integration in surgical site had reached the requirement of experimental design.Conclusion Systematically summarizing pathological and physiological change rule in experimental animals as well as making matched methods of perioperative management guarantee the success of invasive experimentation on animals.
