摘　　要：本文分析了Ｊ２１０８型胶印机原电气控制系统的弊端，叙述了主令元件与负载间的控制逻辑．介绍了用可编程序控制器对其进行技术改造的方法，提出了改造方案，进行了系统逻辑设计与梯形图等设计，从而实现了用ＰＬＣ对Ｊ２１０８型胶印机的自动控制．This paper investigates the defects of electric control system in offset press J2108 and analyzes the logistic control relations between the control components and executive components. Based on the investigation and the analysis, an overall design is put forward to transform the electric control system to a digital control system by using PLC. Then the system control logics are redesigned and the corresponding ladder diagram is presented. Hence the research on remaking the control system of offset press J2108 is successfully carried out.
