摘　　要：当前我国民营高科技企业在技术能力建设方面机遇与挑战并存,从技术创新模式和技术能力演化理论角度看,企业建设持续自主创新能力的路径主要有:与用户需求同步发展,积累技术力量;培育客户,搭建平台,利用核心优势整合平台资源,模仿创新,集成创新;利用我国的资源比较优势,从降低成本入手,形成自己的技术特征,升级技术等级;产学研结合,完善知识产权制度,积极参与技术标准的制定,在充分借助外脑的基础上提升自己的自主创新能力。The paper analyzes the opportunity and challenge that Chinese private high - tech companies face. Based on the technologic innovation mode and the guidance of technological capability theory, it points out the approaches to building their independent innovation capability. They include accumulating technology capability by developing with user＇s demand; cultivating customer by setting up product platform to imitate others and integrate all resources cultivating costomer; developing their own unique technology capability by lowering cost; integrating firm and school and institute to set up intellectual property and join the program of making technology standards.
