摘  要:目的比较等电聚焦(IEF)与琼脂糖凝胶电泳(AGE)两种检测方法在多发性硬化寡克隆带检测中的差异。方法对45例临床确诊的多发性硬化患者(传统经典型25例与视神经脊髓炎型20例),进行脑脊液和血液的IgG与白蛋白的检测,计算IgG指数。同时使用等电聚焦与凝胶电泳进行脑脊液寡克隆带检测。并对两种方法的敏感性进行比较。结果45例患者中,24例(53%)为OB(IEF)阳性,而只有9例(20%)为OB(AGE)阳性,两者之间有显著性差异(P﹤0.01)。结论等电聚焦法为多发性硬化寡克隆区带较为敏感的检测方法。Objective To compare isoelectric focusing with agarose gel eletrophoresis in detecting oligoclonal band of multiple sclerosis. Methods CSF and sera were collected from 45 patients with clinically definite MS [25 with conventional form of MS (CMS) and 20 with optic-spinal form of MS (OSMS)]. IgG and albumin were tested and IgG index was calculated. The frequency of OB between isoelectric focusing (IEF) and agarose gel electrophoresis (AGE) were compared, Results The frequency of IEF-OB in total MS was 53%, whereas that of AGE-OB was only 20%. The difference was remarkable (P 〈 0.01). Conclusions Our study strongly suggests that IEF is highly sensitive for detecting OB in patients of multiple sclerosis.
