摘　　要：进入21世纪,学校发展规划的研究在我国兴起。但是,在研究与实践过程中存在规划含义不清、基本内容不清,学校发展规划方法可操作性差,学校发展规划主体的全员性导致主体的不明确等问题。面向未来,学校发展规划基础理论研究将进一步完善,学校发展规划外延研究将得到拓展,学校发展规划方法将走向精准化、科学化,向提高规划的可操作性迈进,学校发展规划的本土化研究将进一步加强。The research on school development planning boomed since the 21th century. But there existed many problems in the research, such as the concept, the content and so on the paper argaes that. In the future, the theorical research will be perfected, the research scope will be wided, the measures will be accurate, the practice will be improved and the localized research will bestrenghed.
