摘　　要：本文介绍了通过RockWell A-B PLC Controllogix作为平台与SEW Movimot变频器、A-B PowerFlex700VC变频器、Versaview CE700触摸屏用DeviceNet开放式现场总线构成的高精度变频器调速控制、监控系统作用于叉式移载升降机在焊接车间的应用。详细叙述了系统的硬件构成,PLC与变频器之间的通讯原理和通讯协议,阐明了该网络控制调速系统与一般模拟量控制调速系统相比的优越性,给出了系统框图及以及PLC系统的软件实现方法。This paper introduces a precise timing control system of the inverters used in the fork-lift for the car body.The system is based on the RockWell A-B PLC network as the main platform and connected with the SEW Movimot inverter, the AB PowerFlex700VC inverter and the Versaview CE700 HMI by DeviceNet Openbus communication network. It also discusses in detail the basic structure, and the communication protocol of the system, explicates the superiority of the system comparing with other similar systems, and gives the frame diagram of the system, and the software implementation procedure of the PLC system.
