摘 要:活性污泥属于非牛顿流体,以流变学作为工具,通过实验研究它的流变特性,建立它的流动方程.对于不同种类的活性污泥进行了流变测定,并采用所得实验数据拟合了相应的流动方程,确定了方程中的参数.研究表明:活性污泥的流变特性符合伪塑性模型;发生膨胀的活性污泥,由于丝状菌过度繁殖而形成的复杂网状结构对剪切率有阻碍作用.研究结果可为生化法中的氧气、污染物传递过程计算和生化反应器设计提供理论基础.To study the characteristics of the activated sludge, and make certain the flow model equation rheology is taken as a tool, because activated sludge belongs to non-Newtonian fluid. Some rheological measurements to different kinds of activated sludge were carried out. And the simulated equation and certain parameter of sludge with experimental data were also acquired. Results show that rheological characteristic of the activated sludge fits pseudoplastic model. For the bulking activated sludge, the entanglement network between filaments induces a resistance to the shear rate due to the overgrowth of filamentous bacteria. The results can provide a theoretical basis for computing oxygen and pollution transference in biological wastewater treatment process as well as for designing bioreactors.
