睡眠限制对大鼠正畸牙齿移动的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨睡眠限制对大鼠正畸牙齿移动的影响。方法取成年健康雄性SD大鼠24只,采用大鼠右侧上颌第一磨牙和右侧上颌中切牙为实验牙,随机分为4组:正常加力3天组,睡眠限制加力3天组,正常加力7天组,睡眠限制加力7天组。分别测量牙齿移动的距离和牙龈指数(CI)。结果睡眠限制加力7天组与相应正常加力组比较,结果具有显著差异(P<0.05)。两个7天组与相应正常加力组比较,结果具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论睡眠限制可促使大鼠正畸牙移动加快,且可致牙龈炎症加重。Objective To explore the effect of restriction sleep on the moving orthrodentic tooth in rats. Methods To choose 24 adult healthy male SD rats, take the first molar and middle slice tooth of right upper jaw as experimental teeth, divide them into 4 groups ： Normal force 3 - day group ; force with restriction of sleeping 3 - day group ; Normal force 7 - day group ; force with restriction of sleeping 7 - day group. After that we measured the distance of teeth moving and the index of gum（CI） and the degree of the periodontitis. Results Force with restriction of sleeping 7 - day group showed that obvious difference within the normal force group than Force with restriction of sleeping 7 - day group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The two 7 - day groups showed significant difference with normal force groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The restriction sleep can fast the moving of orthrodentic tooth and lead to severe gumboil.
