IFN-γ、IL-4与IL-6在胃癌患者血清中的动态表达及意义

摘　　要：目的观测胃癌患者血清中IFN-γ、IL-4和IL-6水平的变化,探讨其临床意义。方法采用ELISA法测定28例胃癌病人和36例正常人血清中三种细胞因子含量。结果胃癌病人血清中IFN-γ水平较正常人明显降低(P(0.01),IL-4和IL-6水平较正常人明显增高(P(0.01),其变化值与临床分期有关(P(0.01)。结论胃癌病人机体免疫功能紊乱,血清中IFN-γ、IL-4和IL-6水平的变化与疾病的发生、发展有关。Objective To investing the change of interferon game （IFN -γ） interleukin -4 （IL -4） and interleukin - 6 （ IL - 6） levels in the serusm of patients with gastric carcinoma and clinical meaning. Methods levels of serusm IFN -γ, IL - 4 and IL - 6 in 28 cases of gastric carcinoma were detected by ELISA, and the date were compared and analyed with normal control. Results serusm IFN - γ levels in the gastric carcinoma patients were lower than normal control （P 〈 0.01 ） and IL- 4, IL- 6 levels increased significantly （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion It suggested that immune dysfunction exist in the patients with gastric carcinoma, lower levels of serum IFN -γ and higher levels of serum IL -4, IL -6 would associated with genesis and development of the disease.
