灰色预测模糊控制水泥粉磨系统的仿真应用

摘　　要：将灰色预测、模糊控制相结合,提出一种灰色预测模糊控制算法。该方法应用模糊控制器,将灰色预测在线应用,预测结果代替测量值进行控制运算。仿真结果表明,利用该算法设计的控制器具有更加优良的性能。To the problem that ball mill of cement course is a complex nonlinear multivariable process with strongly coupling and time - delay, the traditional PID control is difficult to apply to such system. Incorporating the grey prediction with fuzzy control, a design method of the grey prediction fuzzy control is presented, At first, this control design a fuzzy controller, and then put the grey prediction into online uses. The prediction result replaces the measure of the controlled object. The simulation results show that the mill system using this algorithm has better performance than that of PID control system.
