摘　　要：江苏农业种质资源信息服务系统采用ASP.NET和SQL Server 2000数据库技术进行开发,将分散在各部门的种质资源数据集中管理并提供检索功能,实现资源网络共享。本文主要阐述了系统开发原理、功能设计及数据库建设等内容,对遇到的相关问题进行了分析与讨论。The Jiangsu Agricultural Germplasm Information System （JAGIS） is developed using ASP.NET and SQL Server 2000, and it centralizes data of germplasm resources in all departments as well as makes them easy to manage, search and share. This paper is mainly on the principle of system development, the functional design and database construction, and then some of the related issues are analyzed and discussed.
