摘　　要：本文阐述了区域高校图书馆在人才培养、信息服务以及终生教育等方面的作用,提出了区域高校图书馆在促进社会主义新农村建设中的对策。In this article, the effects of regional universities＇ libraries on the personal training, the information services and the lifelong education were expounded. The countermeasures of regional universities＇ libraries to promote the construction of socialist new rural area were put forward.
