摘　　要：本文讨论了信息化对企业学习能力的影响,认为企业应该通过建立有利于知识共享的组织结构,以及推广E-Learning的应用来提高企业学习能力,加快企业信息化建设,促进信息化与企业学习能力良性互动的循环。Based on the discussion about the corresponding impacts on learning ability of the computerized enterprises, this article has pointed out that an organized structure favorable to share the knowledge among staffs has to be established and the way of E - learning has to be promoted to improve the learning ability of an enterprise for a healthier interaction between computerization and learning ability of the enterprise itself.
