摘　　要：结合目前高等教育的特点,论述了态度不端型、兴趣缺乏型、意志薄弱型、情感障碍型四种非智力因素对学生学习的影响,阐明了非智力性因素的重要意义和作用,有助于帮助学生改进学习方法,养成良好的学习习惯,促进教学质量的提高,符合素质教育的要求。Combining current higher education＇s characteristics, this paper analyzes non-intellectual factors on less advanced students＇ learning, which include improper learning thoughts, lack of interest in learning, weak learning will and the absence of emotion from students in studying. With the significance and effect of these factors, we can help students to change their learning methods and nurture better learning habits. This will promote our teaching quality, and also this is the requirement of essential quality-oriented education.
