摘　　要：细胞凋亡是一种生理性细胞死亡，其特征与细胞坏死不同。深入了解和研究细胞凋亡，对辐射生物学理论探讨及对指导辐射防护实践和肿瘤治疗实践都有重要价值。本文就辐射诱导正常细胞和癌细胞凋亡及其基因调控机制以及它在肿瘤放疗中的应用前景。Apoptosis is a kind of physiological death of cells, with some features different from those for necrosis. Deeply understanding and studing apoplosis of cells could be of important value both for theoretically inquiring into radiobiological mechanism and for guiding the practices of radiation protection and radiotherapy. In this paper, a brief review was given concerning the radiation induced apoptosis in both normal cells and cells of cancer, its mechanisms of gene regulation, and the prespect of its application in radiotherapy.
