摘 要:以热敏玫红TF-R1(隐色染料)、双酚A(显色剂)和十六醇(溶剂)为原料,制备了有机类热致变色复配物,其最佳质量比m(热敏玫红TF-R1)∶m(双酚A)∶m(十六醇)为1∶5∶60.经原位聚合法制备了脲-甲醛[n(脲)∶n(甲醛)为2∶3]预聚体(简称脲醛树脂).以脲醛树脂为壁材,热致变色复配物为囊芯,制备了微胶囊,并测试了微胶囊的结构、变色性能、耐溶剂及耐酸碱性等.结果表明:微胶囊化基本没有影响变色材料的变色性能,而且提高了其耐溶剂性和耐酸碱性,从而扩大了变色材料的使用范围.Organic reversible thermochromatic material was prepared with the heat sensitive rose red TF- R1 as leuco dye, bisphenol as ingrain agent and cetyl alcohol as solven, the optimal weight ratio of these three substances was 1:5:60. The microcapsule was prepared with urea-formaldehyde prepolymer synthesized by the method of in situ polymerization as the outer membrane and organic reversible thermochromatic material as core material. The microcapsule structure, thermochromic ability, resistances to solvents, acids and so on were also tested. The results indicated that the microcapsule basically has no effect on the color change property of material and increase its solvent and acid resistance. Thus the usable range of the thermochromatic material was enlarged.
