大肠癌抑癌基因nm23和癌基因c-myc蛋白的表达及相关性

摘　　要：目的研究结肠癌和相应癌旁结肠粘膜组织中nm23、c-myc表达及相关性。方法用免疫组织化学Elivison法检测40例结直肠癌组织、15例癌旁组织中nm23和c-myc蛋白表达。结果nm23及c-myc在结肠癌和正常结肠粘膜组织中的表达差异显著,在有无淋巴转移、肝转移、分化程度及Dukes分期中表达有显著差异(P<0.05),在不同性别、年龄、发生部位、肿瘤体积中表达无明显差异(P>0.05);且nm23与c-myc的表达呈负相关(r=-0.322,P=0.043)。结论nm23蛋白的低表达和c-myc蛋白的高表达对判断直肠癌预后及转移有重要参考价值,联合检测nm23、c-myc可望为结直肠癌的预后判断提供分子水平的依据。Objective To investigate the correlation between the expressions of nm23 and c-myc in colorectal carcinoma and corresponding normal para-cancer colon mucosa.Methods The expressions of nm23 and c-myc protein in primary colorectal carcinoma tissues （n=40） and adjacent non-cancerous tissues（n=15） were observed by Elivision immunohistochemical assay.Results Significant differences were found among colorectal cancer and benign para-cancer mucosa according to the expressions of nm23 and c-myc.The expression of nm23/c-myc protein was significantly associated with lympth node metastasis,liver metastssis,differentiation degrees and the Dukes stage（P〈0.05）.On the contrary,it was not correlated with the patient sex,age,happening place and size of the tumor（P〉0.05）.Furthermore,the negative correlation of expression of nm23 with c-myc was also found in this study（r=-0.322,P=0.043）.Conclusion The low level expression of nm23 protein and the high level expression of c-myc protein may play an important role in predicting the carcinoma of rectum prognosis and metastasis.Some bases may be offered at a molecular level for the prognosis in patients with colorectal carcinoma by detecting jointly the expression of nm23 and c-myc protein.
