摘  要:介绍了多功能数控布带缠绕机张力控制系统的结构及复合材料布带缠绕张力的智能控制方法。介绍并优化了一种常用的张力控制系统,建立了数学模型,从提高制品强度和疲劳性能的角度出发,建立了布带的缠绕张力制度,最后详细介绍了基于该缠绕制度的模糊PID智能控制算法。仿真结果表明,这种实时修正PID参数的算法加快了系统的响应速度,抑制了外界干扰,提高了张力控制精度。The structure of the tension delivery system for a multi-functional NC winding machine, and the intelligent control of the winding tension for composite material tape were introduced. A practical tape delivery system was introduced and optimized, and its mathematical model was created. Based on improving the intensity and fatigue property of the winding products, the tension rule was introduced. The intelligent fuzzy PID control algorithm was introduced. Simulation shows that this algorithm for real-time correcting PID parameters is able to quicken the system responses, resist disturbances and improve the accuracy for the tape tension.
