论转变经济发展方式的实践性

摘　　要：党的十七大报告明确指出要加快转变我国的经济发展方式.经济发展和经济增长有着本质的区别,转变经济发展方式的内涵丰富,对我国经济的发展有着重要的指导性和实践性.我国要从根本上扭转为生产而发展生产,盲目追求GDP的增长.实现以人为本的发展,更加注重关心民生、改善民生、保障民生,坚持走生产发展、生活富裕、生态良好的文明发展道路.It is pointed out explicitly that we must speed up the transformation of our country＇s economic development mode at the Party＇ s Seventeenth Congress. There is essential difference between the development and the growth of economy, the transformation of economic development mode has rich connotation, which has important guidance and practicality to our country＇ s economy development. Our country should turn round radically the growth that we produce only in order to develop production and pursue GDP blindly. We should realize the people oriented development and pay attention to the people＇s livelihood, improve people＇s livelihood, guarantee people＇s livelihood much more, at the same time we should persist in the civilized development way which promising production, wealthy life and healthy ecology is included.
