摘　　要：目的:探讨采用Abbe瓣修复单侧唇裂术后上唇过紧畸形的手术方法和效果。方法:对7例单侧唇裂术后继发上唇过紧畸形的患者,首先沿上唇正中部全层切开上唇组织,根据上唇过紧程度在下唇中部设计并切取Abbe瓣,以唇动脉为蒂旋转180°插入上唇缺损处分层缝合。2周后断蒂,进一步修整上唇。结果:7例患者上唇过紧得到了有效的松弛,唇红较为丰满,唇珠得到恢复,唇部协调自然。结论:Abbe瓣适合于单侧唇裂术后上唇过紧畸形的修复。Objective To investigate the effect of Abbe flap on reconstruction of tightness deformity of upper lip after unilateral cheilorrhaphy. Methods 7 patients with secondary tightness of upper lip after unilateral cheilorrhaphy underwent the operation as followings： the Abbe flap, based on the labial vessels and taken from the center of the lower lip, was rotated 180o and inserted into the center of the upper lip to repair the deformity. When the pedicle was divided two weeks later, the upper lip was carefully repaired again. Results The tightness of upper lip of these patients had been corrected successfully, with good contour of the Cupid＇s bow and vermilion tubercle. Conclusion Abbe flap is useful to repair the tightness of upper lip after unilateral cheilorrhaphy.
