摘　　要：本文在对天津电大原开放学院2006年和2007年全国网考成绩进行统计与分析的基础上,结合网考课程特点和成人学习的特点,探索与实践网考教学支持服务工作的新思路、新方法。The statistics and analysis has been made in this paper based on the results from the National Network Examination in the former Open Education Department of Tianjin Radio ＆TV University in 2006 and in 2007. According to characteristics of adult learning and web-test courses, the article explores and practices the new ideas and methods for web-test teaching support service.
