摘　　要：运用科学灵活的说理艺术,把科学知识、先进理论、健康文化灌输给思想政治工作对象,能够促进校园团结和谐,增进理解,达到调动人的积极性,实现校园全面和谐和发展的目的。When indoctrination of scientific knowledge, advanced theories and healthy culture is done by the application of scientific and flexible art of reasoning, ideological workers can give fullplay to college students＇ initiative and promote campus unity, harmony and understanding.
