摘　　要：目的:观察猴头菌片对功能性消化不良的疗效及其与幽门螺杆菌的关系。方法:选择功能性消化不良患者216例,随机分为二组:A组110例,猴头菌片4片,日3次,B组106例,西沙比利5毫克,日3次,疗程为4周。疗效评定采用量表答卷症状积分及幽门螺杆菌根除情况。结果:猴头菌片和西沙比利临床总有效率分别为80.91%和52.83%,疗效差异有显著性。幽门螺杆菌根除率分别为75.45%和0%,疗效差异有显著性。结论:猴头菌片是治疗功能性消化不良的有效药物,不良反应少,且有胃黏膜保护和杀灭幽门螺杆菌的作用。Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of houtoujun tablet on functional dyspepsia and relation of the H-pylori. Methods：Total 216 patients with functional dyspepsia are randomized to receive houtoujun tabiet （3 片 tid, n = 110） or sesapride （5mg tid, n = 106）for 4 week, accosding to quantity form answer book symptom integral calculus and the H-pylori bacteria extermi-nates a circumstance. Results： There is statistically significant differences between two groups in clinical symptom, The effective rate with Houtoujun tablet and sesapride is 80.91% . 52.83%. The H-pylori exterminate rate to distinguish to 75.45% and 0%. Conclusions： Houtoujun tablet was effective on functional dyspepsia , The adverse effevts of paroxetine are less, It also has effect on protection of gastric mucosa and eradication of H-pylori.
