摘  要:目的:探讨咬合干扰对咀嚼肌机械压痛敏感性的影响。方法:对大鼠施以急、慢性咬合干扰,设空白对照和去咬合干扰对照,测量实验前及实验后15d颞肌和咬肌对von Frey尼龙毛刺激反应阈值,以累加logit模型作组间比较。结果:急、慢性咬合干扰均可增高咀嚼肌痛敏分值(P<0.05),急性咬合干扰组更明显,敏感程度由大到小为:干扰侧颞肌、干扰侧咬肌、干扰对侧颞肌(P<0.05),对干扰对侧咬肌的影响不明显。结论:咬合干扰可致咀嚼肌痛觉敏感。Objective: To investigate the effect of occlusal interference on mechanical hyperalgesia of masticatory muscles in the Sprague-Dawley rats. Methods: Acute and chronic occlusal interference were established on the left molars, and blank group and occlusal interference remove groups were served as control. The mechanical stimulation was applied with von-Frey monofilaments from 0 to 15 days. Cumulative Logits models were used to analyze the pain score. Results: The pain score of acute interference group was significantly higher than that of chronic occlusal interference group, and both of them were higher than that of blank control group ( P〈0.05 ). The pain score of muscles was followed: ipsilateral temporalis 〉 ipsilateral masseter muscle 〉 contralateral temporalis ( P〈0.05 ). It was not obvious in contralateral masseter muscle. Conclusion, Occlusal interference could lead to masticatory muscles hyperalgesia.
