单侧个别牙短期干扰对兔髁突表面超微结构的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察单侧个别牙短期干扰去除前后兔髁突表面超微结构变化情况。方法:12只5月龄雄性新西兰白兔被随机分为干扰A组(戴单冠2周)、干扰B组(戴单冠4周)、去除干扰A组(戴单冠4周后去冠休息2周)和去除干扰B组(戴单冠4周后去冠休息4周)4组,每组3只,其中施以实验因素2只,对照1只。扫描电镜下观察各组兔髁突表面超微结构特点。结果:对照兔髁突表面覆盖一层完整连续膜样凝胶样物质。干扰兔髁突表面凝胶样物质明显减少,表层胶原纤维部分暴露;前内侧或前外侧局部区域变化尤为显著,表现为凝胶样物质消失,表层胶原纤维完全暴露。去除干扰兔髁突表面凝胶样物质明显增多,分布不均匀,呈绸块样(去除干扰2周)和网膜样(去除干扰4周)。结论:单侧个别牙短期干扰影响兔髁突表面凝胶样物质的存在,破坏髁突表面凝胶屏障的完整连续性,使滑液保护、润滑和营养关节软骨及稳定关节的功能下降;在本实验周期内,去除干扰可促进髁突表面凝胶样物质的生成和膜性化修复,使滑液功能得以恢复。Objective：To evaluate changes of surface uhrastructures of rabbit mandibular condyles prior and post removing of unilateral occlusal interference （UOI）. Methods： A total of 12 New Zealand male rabbits were used, 8 of which belonged to the experimental groups and 4 to the control groups. We established 4 experimental groups ： group A （ UOI for 2 weeks ）, group B（ UOI for 4 weeks）, group C（ removing of UOI for 2 weeks after UOI for 4 weeks ） , group D（ removing of UOI for 4 weeks after UOI for 4 weeks ）. As for the control group, each of the 4 rabbits followed the same experimental periods as the above mentioned experimental groups respectively. The surface ultrastructures of mandibular condyles were observed with scanning electron microscopy, Results ： UOI causes the gelatin-like material decreased or disappeared on the condylar surface. The superficial collagen fibres of condylar cartilage were exposed in the cavity of joint. After removing of UOI, the gelatin-like material could be observed again and formed net-like film structure, Conclusion：UOI destroys the integrity of the barrier on the condylar surface, weakening the functions of synovial fluid for lubricating articular surface and nurturing the articular cartilage. Removing of UOI could .make the spoiled protection barrier on the condylar surface trend to be normal.
