口服曲匹布通片提高超声对胆总管结石检出率的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨口服曲匹布通片(Tvepibutone tablets)提高超声对胆总管结石检出率的价值。方法对128例胆总管结石的患者,先行常规超声(未服药)检查,嗣后口服曲匹布通片40mg,待40min后再施行超声检查,并将超声检查结果与手术病理进行对照,回顾性分析声像图特征,评估其诊断效果。结果128例胆总管结石,未服药组超声检出率87.5%(112/128),而服药组超声检出率为96.9%(124/128)。全部病例均经手术病理证实。结论口服曲匹布通片(Tvepibutone tablets),能明显提高超声检查胆总管结石的显示率,可为制定治疗方案提供重要信息。Objective To investigate the effect of tvepibutone （TV） oral administration on the detection of stones in the common bihe duct. Methods A total of 128 patients with common bile duct calculi unclerwent routine uhrasonography, then 40 min after 40 my of TV was taken orally, also underwent seconcl ultrasonography the results of which were retrospectively analysed and compared with surgical pathology to evaluate the diagnostic effect of ultrasound. Results The detection rate of TV treated group was 96.9% （124/128） totally proved by pathology whereas it was 87.5% （112/128） in the nontreated group. Conclusions Oral TV treatment may increase the demonstration of the common bile duct lithiasis so as to provide important informations for treatment strategies.
