摘  要:目的探讨超声造影三维重建脑肿瘤滋养动脉的临床应用价值。方法采用彩色多普勒三维重建及超声造影三维重建技术对7例患者共7枚脑肿瘤滋养动脉进行术中检查。手术验证以上检查结果的准确性。结果超声造影三维重建能清晰地显示脑肿瘤滋养动脉及其主要分支的起始、空间立体走行,血管连续好,并清晰显示肿瘤内微血管床的空间立体分布。超声造影三维重建显示高级别胶质瘤滋养动脉发出分支呈"侵袭状"深入瘤体内,脑膜瘤滋养血管呈"抱球状"环绕肿瘤。结论超声造影三维重建能在术中为术者显示脑肿瘤滋养动脉的立体分布情况,为肿瘤切除提供重要的参考信息。Objective To explore the values of three-dimensional reconstruction ultrasonography based on contrast-enhancement in detecting nutrient arteries of brain tumors. Methods Three-dimensional reconstruction ultrasonongrahy based on contrast-enhancement and color Doppler were intraoperatively performed to show the nutrient arteries of seven brain tumors in seven patients. Results The origin and space course of the nutrient arteries in these seven brain tumors were clearly detected on three-dimensional reconstruction ultrasonongrahy based on contrast-enhancement. The continuity of the arterial branches were good. The microvascular beds of the tumors were also clearly showed. The branches of the nutrient arteries entered into the tumors invasively in the high-grade gliomas and embraced the tumors in meningiomas. Conclusions Three-dimensional reconstruction ultrasonongrahy based on contrast-enhancement would provide important informations for neurologic surgeons especially three-dimensional images of the nutrient arteries in brain tumors, which are very helpful for tumor resection.
