摘 要:采用动态显式有限元软件建立多点成形拉延有限元模型,对不同厚度的带孔网板和无孔板多点拉延成形进行数值模拟。利用成形极限图判断板料成形过程中是否被拉裂。模拟结果表明,在相同的成形条件下,带孔网板拉延成形时容易发生拉裂缺陷。分析带孔网板成形时容易被拉裂的原因,得到无孔板和带孔网板拉延成形时拉裂临界。对在基本体和网板之间放置弹性介质和钢质垫板的成形方式进行数值模拟和试验验证,结果表明带孔网板成形效果很好,而且模拟结果和试验结果吻合良好。Multi-point drawing forming model is made by an explicit finite element software, the forming in drawing process of retiary sheet metal and sheet metal with different thickness are simulated. The fractures can be found during the process based on the forming limit diagram. Numerical simulation results show that the retiary sheet metal is prone to fracture under the same condition, then the reasons for it is also analyzed, and a fracture critical graph for forming part is obtained. The numerical simulation and test are done for the forming mode with elastic medium and steel backing plate placed between the basic substance and the retiary sheet metal. The test results show that the forming effect of retiary sheet metal is quite good, which complies with the simulation result.
