摘　　要：公正与效率是刑事司法改革的两难,如何在公正的基础上实现效率,是当务之急,因此,应该探求一种刑事司法改革的新途径——借鉴辩诉交易制度,结合刑事简易程序,构建我国的刑事速决程序,使适用普通程序审理的案件.能够用快速便捷的方式结案,以摆脱目前案件积压的困境。Justness and efficiency are the double difficulties in the criminal judicatory innovation.It will be an urgent affairs how to realize the efficiency based on the justice.So this thesis plane to find the new ways of simple criminal procedure,the quick criminal decision in our country.The case used as the normal procedure,can be ended by the quick and simple ways,to get rid of the puzzle dom of the present law case overstork.
