摘　　要：目的探讨糖原合成酶激酶-3β(GSK-3β)及其磷酸化产物(p-GSK-3β)在难治性癫癎(RE)患者颞叶前部的表达。方法应用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)、实时荧光定量(FQ)PCR、免疫组化及免疫印迹法检测36例RE患者颞叶前部GSK-3β及其p-GSK-3β的mRNA和蛋白的表达,并与8例对照者进行比较。结果RE患者脑内神经元及胶质细胞GSK-3β mRNA及蛋白表达明显增多(均P<0.05),p-GSK-3β表达明显减少(P<0.05)。结论GSK-3β及其磷酸化产物表达异常,可能与RE的发生和发展有关。Objective To investigate expression of glycogen synthase kinase （GSK）-3β and phosphorylation GSK-3β （p-GSK-3β） in the anterior temporal neocortex in patients with refractory epilepsy （RE）. Methods Expression of GSK-3β and p-GSK-3β were detected by RT-PCR, FQ-PCR, Western Blot and immunohistochemistry in the anterior temporal cortices of 36 RE cases. 8 patients without RE had been used as the controls. Results Compared with control group, the expression of GSK-3β mRNA and protein were significant higher（ all P 〈 0. 05 ） and p-GSK-3β was down-reuglated （ P 〈 0. 05 ） in the anterior temporal neocortex in RE group. Conclusion The abnormal expression of GSK-3β and p-GSK-3β may be indicated the pathologic role in RE.
