血清酶测定在恶性肿瘤诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨3种血清酶活性联合检测对诊断和鉴别恶性肿瘤的应用价值。方法应用速率法检测121例恶性肿瘤患者血清γ-谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)3种血清酶。结果3种血清酶联合检测其平均阳性率以肝癌最高为66.0%,其次胃癌组43.3%,直肠癌组39.0%,肺癌组34.7%,与正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论3种血清酶活性联合检测,提高了临床检测肿瘤的敏感性、有效性。在疗效监测方面可为临床提供有价值的资料。Objective To study the value of three serum enzymes determination for diagnosis and identification of malignant tumor. Methods Serum of 121 malignant tumor patients was examined for γ-glutamyltransferase（ GGT）. lactate dehydrogenase （ LDH ） and alkaline phosphatase（ALP） by enzymatic kinetic assay, Results The positive rates of three serum enzymes were respectively 66, 00% for hepatoma,43,33% for gastric cancer,39.00% for rectal cancer and 34.66% for lung cancer, and these differences were statistics significance compared with the control（ P 〈 0. 01 ）, Conclusions Three serum enzymes determination increases the sensitivity and effectivity of diagnosis for malignant tumor in clinical practice and provide some valuable information about their therapeutic effect,
