摘 要:目的探讨补充鱼油对哮喘儿童诱导痰中性粒细胞占百细胞百分数(Neu%)、嗜酸粒细胞占白细胞白分数(E S%)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)、嗜酸粒细胞趋化因子(Eotaxin)及肺通气功能的影响。方法63例哮喘儿童随机分为常规治疗组和治疗组,常规治疗组采用常规治疗,治疗组除常规治疗外,每日补充鱼油,治疗8周,并分别于治疗前后行肺通气功能及诱导痰中性粒细胞,嗜酸粒细胞占白细胞百分数I、L-8、eotaxin等检查。结果哮喘儿童诱导痰Neu%、IL-8增高,并分别与肺通气功能指标第1秒最大呼气量(FEV1.0%)及呼气峰流速(PEF%)呈负相关(P<0.01),EOS%、eotaxin无显著增高(P>0.05);与常规治疗组治疗后比较,治疗组在治疗后Neu%、IL-8均显著降低,FEV1.0%、PEF%显著升高(P<0.05)。结论饮食中补充鱼油具有减轻哮喘儿童气道炎症,提高肺通气功能的作用。Objective To study the effects of fish oil supplementation on the percentage of neutrophils(Neu % ), the percentage of eosinophils(EOS% ), interleukin- 8( IL- 8), eotaxin in induced sputum and on pulmonary ventilation function of children with asthma. Methods 63 children with asthma were randomly divided into two groups: conventional group and treatment group. The conventional group was treated with conventional methods. The treatment group was given additional fish oil supplementation besides conventional treatment. IL - 8, eotaxin, Neu%, EOS% in induced sputum and FEV1.0 %, PEF% were measured before and after the treatment. Results The Neu%, IL - 8 in sputum increased and negatively corre- lated with FEV1.0 %, PEF% (P〈 0.01) among the children with asthma. Compared with conventional group, the Neu%, IL - 8 decreased significantly and FEV1.0 %, PEF % increased(P 〈 0.05) among treatment group after the treatment. Conclusion The fish oil supplementation improves ventilation by alleviating airway inflammation in children with mild - moderate asthma.
